Thapsa beach is located in east Evia, near Kymi and is one of the most inaccessible beaches of Evia. Need certainly a 4×4 vehicle to get there and have a rugged dirt road about 10km.
Probably the most beautiful in Evia island. The beach has no leisure facilities; this adds to its natural beauty.
The orientation of the beach is west which offers one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ve ever seen as well as protection of the north wind which is usual in the area. Also, the complete absence of light pollution offers a spectacular view of the night sky.
During the last years more and more people are visiting the beach especially during July and August and the beach gets crowded over the weekends.
